index rebuild online|index rebuild|drop_create index哪个好

有个索引在表空间A，现要移动至表空间B，
原索引大小2GB，索引所在表大小5GB
问index rebuild online|index rebuild|drop_create index 哪个比较快，比较好？
分两种情况，事务比较繁忙和事务比较闲少
求高人指点
