职位：Websphere \MQ系统工程师
要求：精通IBM Websphere产品，英语口语流利
Needed Skills:Requirements:
Ø WPG
Ø WBI ICS, WMB or equivalent
Ø J2EE
Ø Good written and spoken English
Ø MQ Series 5.3 or equivalent
Ø General IT Infrastructure in particular network, security certificates, and
Ø Windows 2003 Server
Ø Service minded
JOB DESCRIPTION and DELIVERABLES The support will mainly deal with:
Ø 3:rd line Incident & Problem Management.
Ø Proactive and Corrective Application Management.
Ø Participate in smaller demands and change request.
Ø These positions will be mainly B2B related.
Ø User support. General support users and super-users on how to use the
Ø systems in an efficient way and according to rules and recommendations whenapplicable. Support to the Help Desks to
increase the ratio of incidents solved directly by the Help Desks.
Ø Incident analysis and resolution. Receive incidents from the Help Desks,
Ø analyze and resolve incidents. Bug fixing / programming can be included (function area dependent), this is further described in the individual competence profiles.
Ø When an incident can’t be resolved by the Second Line Support, it should be reported/escalated to the Third Line Support.
Ø Create reports. Create standard and special reports based on specifications or dialogue with Super Users.
Ø Set-up and changes of user access levels (role based).
