在httpd.conf里加了一句Include，报错说权限不够

在httpd.conf里加了一句Include /root/nino-4.1.9/var/nino/conf/httpd-nino.conf，
然后启动apache,
/etc/init.d/httpd start
Starting httpd: httpd: Syntax error on line 991 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Could not open configuration file /root/nino-4.1.9/var/nino/conf/httpd-nino.conf: Permission denied

我甚至把/root/nino-4.1.9/var/nino/conf/httpd-nino.conf的访问权限改成777,可还是报这个错，请问怎么解决？非常感谢！！

官方手册指出./install会配置httpd.conf

The installer will setup the startup scripts
and configure Apache httpd.conf.
