高人请进 看一个tomcat的问题

我用的是tomcat6
启动时出现警告 No rules found matching 'Server/Service/Engine/Context'
下面是我的server.xml

你先看一下启动脚本，它是怎么个启动方法，顺序等等。再来

tomcat6底下没有startup.bat这个脚本
