APACHE限速求助

APACHE做为下载服务器，因负载过大。求限速设置。APACHE为2.2版本。操作系统AS4，LIBTOOL系统自带1.5.6,尝试MOD_BW,提示
Warning! dlname not found in /opt/apache/modules/bw_mod-0.6.la.
Assuming installing a .so rather than a libtool archive.
chmod 755 /opt/apache/modules/bw_mod-0.6.so
chmod: cannot access `/opt/apache/modules/bw_mod-0.6.so': No such file or directory
apxs:Error: Command failed with rc=65536
查资料说是LIBTOOL版本低，但我的版本已经是1.5.6了。不知道还有别的限速模块可用吗？望指教。

mod_bw最新版是0.8用这个版本试下。
