请教：apache mod_perl 上传文件问题

请教：apache mod_perl 上传文件问题
1 平台环境： windows 2003, apache 1.3.27, activeperl 5.8.816, mod_perl 1.29_dev

无论是通过apache::request 方式还是通过 CGI.pm 方式编程上传文件时 apache不再另外对用户响应了，其他网页打不开了，上传文件结束后apache恢复正常
貌似apache for win 在接受上传时无法接受其他用户请求 ，一直没搞明白

是不是apache for win32 有什么特殊配置阿？
