我以为 是ExtUtils::MM没有安装
于是下了一个压缩包 ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.31.tar.gz 解压
然后
c:/perl/bin>perl c:/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.31/Makefile.PL

WARNING: PMLIBPARENTDIRS is not a know parameter
.....
