工作描述：为公司提供IT解决方案，总体负责IT部所有工作。

技术要求：
☆ J2EE or NET development experience (Sr.Level experience preferred)
☆ Operating System Knowledge of Unix(Solaris,AIX),Windows200X+
☆ Experience utilizing advanced architectural framework such as Zachman EA framework
☆ Experience in Visual Modeling Tools, including Visio, Rational Rose (Rational XDE) or Microsoft Visual Modeler and Visual Studio
☆ Familiarity with architectural models, such as OWM, OMG MDA, as well as artificial models such as ERD, UML 1.4 or 2.0
☆ Familiarity with Web Services Technologies, such as SOAP, XML, HTTP
☆ Knowledge of industry standards such as SAML, DSML, WS-Security/WS-Reliability
☆ Knowledge and familiarity with advanced database technologies given a holistic view how IT system work
☆ Knowledge of and comfort with legacy technologies such as OS/400, DB2/400 ect. may be beneficial
☆ Good communicator capable of adapting his/her message based on the target audience.
☆ Commercially aware as the role will involve budget preparation and definition of IT costs.
