XML::libXSLT

Win32s，我已经安装gnome的libxslt,libexslt等，但安装CPAN的XML::libXSLT时：

libxslt not found
Try setting LIBS and INC values on the command line
Or get libxslt and libxml2 from
  [url]http://www.libxml.org/[/url]
If you install via RPMs, make sure you also install the -devel
RPMs, as this is where the headers (.h files) are.

装不上，郁闷，请教一下，怎么回事？谢谢！

注：libxslt中的xsltproc等环境变量已经设置好。
