Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:Nokia Siemens
Networks is looking for motivated specialists in the system verification
area of SMSC/MMSC/Browsing product development in Chengdu.Your
responsibilities will cover efficient and effective verification of the
compliance of the products with customer requirements and system
requirements,and the release quality criteria.
In addition, you are also required to act as a technical leader in the
area and to coach other team members to improve their expertise.
You will work in projects as part of Chengdu R&D team using modern agile
and iterative software development processes.
Requirements:Your academic background is an MSc or BSc degree in Computer
Science,Telecommunications or a similar subject.You are experienced in
system integration and verification in TCP/IP networks.
- Knowledge of GSM/GPRS network
- Sound Linux or other UNIX-like operating system knowledge
- familiar with testing tools and test automation systems
- script programming skill including shell script,Perl,Python
- knowledge of database products such as Informix,Oracle and mySQL
- Knowledge of load balancing and high availability.
- MAP,HTTP and TCP/IP protocol knowledge
- Knowledge of international standardization is a plus
- Knowledge of Products such as F5 BigIP,HP ProCurve and EMC CX is a plus
- knowledge of Agile and iterative SW development process is a plus
- programming experience (C/C++/Java) knowledge is a plus
