救命!Error:类不能支持   Automation   操作

把这个文件和1个1.mp3文件放同一文件夹,要显示MP3文件的TITLE.  
用file:///打开没问题,  
http://localhost就提示   Error:类不能支持   Automation   操作  
是APACHE设置的问题吗?  
如何解决呢?
