可以将Ruby编译成一个可以在Windows Mobile smartphone 文件？

想将php?name=Ruby" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">Ruby编译成一个可以在Windows Mobile smartphone 文件。可是不知如何才能做到。还有可以可以将php?name=Ruby" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">Ruby不需的标准库去除？有EVC直接编译的工程文件吗？
