厦门璐义软件有限公司(shepherdsoft.pracstrat.com) 是一家组建于2006年的软件开发团队。我们专注于使用ROR，PHP等在内的新技术，通过采用敏捷开发的流程给美国和中国客户提供有价值的服务。
与此同时，我们也立志于招聘刚刚大学毕业的软件工程师，培训他们，并且通过创造愉悦的工作环境让每一个成员享受自己的工作。新成员的培训将在严格的软件开发原则的指导之下，使用从美国市场而来的项目进行。所有的成员都将在每天的开发过程中亲自得到两位来自美国的高级软件工程师的在职培训，他们分别有30年和 10年的开发经验。为了保证我们团队软件的开发质量，目前我们使用的方法包括：Restful架构，Rspec，SeleniumRC, TDD, 结对编程，代码重构等等。到现在为止，我们服务过的美国客户包括，新创立的公司，教育机构，电信公司和ISP供应商。而且，在2008年我们即将有两款自主开发的软件产品将被推向美国和中国市场。

Software Engineers Wanted
ShepherdSoft (shepherdsoft.pracstrat.com), a Xiamen, China-based software development team was started in August 2006. We are focusing on using cutting-edge technology such as ROR to bring the value to our customers by adopting Agile methodology into our process.
At the same time we are dedicated to recruit young software engineers as they graduate from college, hire them and train them and let them enjoy what they are doing. The training is performed using closely guided software development on projects engaged primarily in the US. All the engineers are getting the hands-on training from two senior American software engineers, one with 30 years development experience, the other 10 years. In order to ensure high quality software, we are executing our projects by using Restful architecture, Rspec, SeleniumRC, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Refactoring and agile planning techniques etc. Currently we have served a wide range of American customers, including startups, educational companies, telephony companies and ISP companies. Moreover, we have been developed and owned two products which will be launch into both American and Chinese market in 2008.
We are looking for someone who demonstrate the following characters:

In our interview, you need to possess the following skills so that you can pass our tests:
