about IRQ for network card

input:
ifconfig eht0
out:
..................
..................
interrupts:10


input:
cat /proc/interrupts

输出几行
但没发现IRQ为10的hardware


这不矛盾吗？

redhat linux 8.0能认出网卡,但不能激活!

why?
please help me!
