network in redhat 7.1

is anyone who tried 7.1? I just installed it, hoewever, the network seems have problems, I cannot telnet, ftp into the system. however, the network can go out. I am wondering why I cannot go in?

please help me.

hi, master, how do I know if these services are started or not, if they are not started, how can I start them?

Check the file named services ,inetd.conf,hosts.allow,hosts.deny.
