Somebody Help me!!! :-(

I downloaded php-4.0.6.tar.gz from http://www.php.net.
I run the command "tar xvfz php-4.0.6.tar.gz" to upzip the file.
and then change my directory to "php-4.0.6"
and at there, following messages is what I have done and also what I have got
