wvdial 拨号问题

急！急!急！
在linux RedHat 6.2 用wvdial拨号。出现了please input your username: 发过去163/169/263以后，
没有please input your password:出现。 请各位大侠指正！！！
因为wvdial的配置文件只有/etc/wvdial.conf
是不是ppp的配置文件/etc/下出了问题？？？？
