apache安装问题

我安装的是1.3.19版本。
我以root身份执行./config --prefix=PREFIX
make
make intsall
系统提示已经正确安装了apache，用PREFIX/bin/apacheectl start启动apache服务，可我打了这个命令后，显示：
[alert]httpd:could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name,using 127.0.0.1 for servername.
fopen:no such file or directory.
httpd:could not open error log file PREFIX/PREFIX/logs/error_log.
PREFIX/bin/apachectl start:httpd could not be started.
