【求助】squid配置出错!

squid配置时出现问题
写
http_port 3128
httpd_accel_host virtual
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_with_proxy on
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on
时就可以正常启动

写

httpd_accel_with_proxy off
httpd_accel_uses_host_header off
httpd_accel_single_host off
http_port 1088
https_port 1088
icp_port 1088
时就无法正常启动,并且在squid,out里的内容显示是 No running copy.

不知道这是为什么?是不是跟什么服务有冲突??
