Apache服务器大问题

[root@xx ~]$ /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart

不能访问服务器, 我透过SSH进去, 重启APACHE不能

重启服务器 restart, 我输入后没有反应

如何解决?? 谢!!!!
