redhat7.2下oracle的错误提示，请指教

用sqlplus system/manager@Test和oemapp dbastudio都能进去，可是oemctrl start oms命令就出现了如下错误：
Could not connect to the OMS：possible error in the configuration filed.
指的是那些设置文件，请不吝赐教！
