小弟在red hat 7.0?境下砚了oracle8i(version 8.1.7),安砚的?候，都很正常，?出毛病。但?我一哕行./svrmgrl就出?如下毛病:

(以超?用?哕行?)

看看你$ORACLE_HOME/svrmgrl/mesg/里有没有东西
试试export LC_ALL=en_US
    export LANG=en_US
    export NLS_LANG=american　　　　　　

有??文件：
mgrus.msb
mgrus.msg
???我，著著！！！　　　　　　

如果你安装了不同的语言环境的话就应该有
mgr{$LANG}.msb东西，把你的语言变量改改试试吧！
