oracle webdb安装碰到的问题请指教

我在安装oracle webdb2.0时，提示：
Error during action 'Creating rdbms/lib/psoliblist'
Command: make -f ins_rdbms.mk
/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/lib/psoliblist make: *** No rule to make target `/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/rdbms/lib/psoliblist'. Stop.

不知道怎么解决，请指教
