linux下的mysql无法启动，我该怎么办呢？

小妹在redhat 7.2下安装mysql-3.23.49，
[root@localhost bin]#mysql_install_db
Installing all prepared tables

[root@localhost bin]mysql
Error 2002:can't connect to local MYSQLserver through socket'/tmp/mysql.sock'(111)
[root@localhost bin]#mysqladmin -u root -p create testdb
Enter password:
mysqladmin:connect to server at 'localhost'failed
error 'can't connect to local MYSQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock'(111)'
Check that is running an that the socket: '/tmp/mysql.sock' exists!
我查看了一下，/tmp/mysql.sock存在，
而且找不到日志和启动文件,我该怎么办呢？高手相救呀！　　　　　　

改变mysql的目录归属为mysql
