mysql安装启动问题

敲入：./mysql  报错：
030618 11:04:11  mysqld started
030618 11:04:12  InnoDB: Operating system error number 13 in a file operation.
InnoDB: See http://www.innodb.com/ibman.html for installation help.
InnoDB: The error means mysqld does not have the access rights to
InnoDB: the directory.
InnoDB: File name ./ibdata1
InnoDB: Cannot continue operation.
030618 11:04:12  mysqld ended
